How many venue options are there at NEC?

There are six venue options at NEC, depending on your requirements you can choose and book a venue subject to availability.

How can we check the availability of the venue?

You can visit our website http://www.nec.org.in/corporate-conventions/ and check our events calendar or you may also get in touch with us at events@nec.org.in with your dates and other requirements.

Can we book the entire venue for an event?

Yes you can book the entire venue.

What are the venue charges?

Since we have six different venues of varying areas, the charges for each is different. You can send us your requirement and we will mail you the charges depending on which venue meets your needs.

Can we host monthly / quarterly / regular events at NEC?

Yes you definitely can, in this case you might also enjoy additional rate benefits and would get a priority on booking a hall in case of multiple inquiries on the same date.

What all facilities do you provide in the hall?

We provide a projector, PA system, podium and stage if required.

What are the possible seating arrangements?

The seating arrangement in the conference room is U-shaped fix arrangement; in Aakash auditorium there is a fix seating setup in parliamentary style; and in all the other halls we can provide a theatre style or cluster style or classroom style setup depending on your requirements. Do you provide all services required for hosting an event?

Yes, we provide catering, décor and other services on demand at an additional cost.

Do you have an in-house caterer?

Yes.

Can we bring a third party caterer?

Yes, you can bring a third party caterer but he needs to follow our rules for setup and movement of his belongings.

Do you have a power back-up?

Yes, we have a power back up facility which is chargeable. The consumption of the diesel generator for auditorium is 15 liters per hour and for any other hall is 55 liters per hour. Diesel rates would be charged as per actual.

Do you have a separate dining area?

Yes, we have a huge 7000 sq.ft. Built-up area on the second floor, perfect for your networking parties and gala dinners.

Do you accommodate bookings for birthday parties, naming ceremonies, marriages etc.?

No. All events taking place at NEC have a corporate background.

Are all your halls centrally air-conditioned?

Yes.

Do all your halls have projectors and PA systems? Do we have to pay extra?

Yes all our halls are well equipped with projectors and PA systems. The cost is included in the hall rental. So that way you can eliminate additional costs.

What kind of events can be hosted at NEC?

All events having a corporate or educational background can be hosted at NEC. For example – You can host Exhibitions/ Trade Fairs, Buyer Seller Meets, International / National level Conferences, Product Launch, trainings , seminars / workshops, Debates, Meet-ups on contemporary technology topics like 3D printing, Industry 4.0, Artificial Intelligence, Smart City etc.

How much is the parking space available at NEC?

Approximately 300 four wheelers and 700 two wheelers can be accommodated in our parking area.
